One of the greatest joys of Naiana Nami is the personal connections we form with artisans and vendors worldwide. We prioritize building strong relationships based on mutual comfort and respect. Before sourcing from any artisans or vendors, we share our mission statement, allowing them to independently decide if they wish to partner with us. We meet each artisan and vendor in person, listening to their stories while sharing our own, forging lasting bonds. Our sourcing focuses on unique pieces that may have imperfections but are still beautiful and usable, such as those with scratches, dents, or considered unsellable by others. We also offer custom orders and pre-orders when artisans prefer it. Our transactions are always conducted with respect and transparency, and we pay our partners their asking price upfront.
